The cable car operates from 0930 hrs to 1730 hrs. Guests booked for Moksha Himalaya Spa Resort are requested to kindly plan their arrival and departure as per prescribed timings only. In the event of a late arrival/early departure, the resort shall provide no alternate accommodation or transport & the reservation will be treated as a no show. Cable car operation is subject to weather conditions.

In the event of non-payment by the due date, the booking shall be released without any prior intimation and fresh booking will be as per availability of rooms.

Additional children, adults, extra bed, meals, other services not mentioned at the time of making a booking will be charged extra at the time of check in.

Prevailing taxes as applicable at the time of check in will be charged extra. Currently charged @ 18%.

All room & spa extras to be paid by room guest prior to check out by Credit card/cash only.

We highly recommend pre-booking of your spa appointments.

Outside eatables & liquor are not allowed in the hotel premises.

Use of swimming pool & outdoor Jacuzzis in proper gear only.

Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability of rooms and attracts additional charges.

All guests should carry a valid photo ID issued by Govt of India/Local Govt body/department and present it at the time of check-in.

No refunds/adjustments will be made in case of no-show or early check-out.

Should there be any change in the tax structure, the same shall be applicable and charged accordingly.
